Terms & Condition
GENERAL
All of the prices shown are in Australian dollars and
includes GST.
Prices do not include a delivery fee.
All our designs and arrangements shown in this website
are to be used as a guide for the final item to be delivered.
Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and/or accessories
may vary slightly according to seasons and availability.
If due to unforseen circumstances where we have to substitute
any item, we guarantee that the substitute will be of
equal or greater value and quality to that ordered.
Cancellation or alteration of orders must be made within
24 hours of our receipt of your order. After this period,
we cannot guarantee that any requests will be possible.
All items are subject to stock being available.
Delivery or receipt of any items ordered containing alcohol
is subject to the State’s liquor laws. You must be aged
18 and over to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other
restrictions may apply in some States.
Customer reports of damaged goods must be made within
two (2) days from the date of delivery, or a claim cannot
be processed.
OUR GUARANTEE
Gracious Flowers guarantees that all our flowers are fresh
and of the best quality available.
All our arrangements are created and arranged by very
professional and certified Florist only.
We guarantee same day delivery for orders we receive before
11am or give us a call to arrange a more suitable time.
DELIVERY
We will make every effort to deliver your order/s on the
requested date and preferred time.
Costs are charged depending on the delivery address, size
and quantity. Please ask one of our friendly Florist for
a quote on bulk deliveries, as charges for multiple items
to the same delivery address may be considerably reduced.
A re-delivery fee may be charged if an incorrect delivery
address is given, a recipient is not available to receive
the item or if there is no safe place to leave the item.
At our discretion, we may leave the item to a neighbour.
A note will be left in the recipient’s mailbox stating
who received the item, to which neighbour’s address the
item was left, the date and time or the attempted delivery.
